Refund policy

 RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Products once delivered are not subject to return. Users can cancel the order before dispatch, once the order is packed and dispatched then the same cannot be canceled in any circumstances and no refund will be granted against such order. Users will be eligible for the refund of those orders which are cancelled by the buyer before dispatch. Little Rituals will refund the money, which may take around 8 to 10 working days to reflect the credit in the customer’s bank account.

Further, the Customer/User needs to be sure while placing the order as once the order is placed the same cannot be changed or modified.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return in case of damage or leakage, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
