Shipping & Delivery Policies -
Luxe Organica Private Limited ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24-48 hrs from the receipt of the successful order in our system. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 4 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
Weekend days, holidays, bank holidays, delays caused by security reasons, force majeure events, or any other delay beyond reasonable control will not be considered as part of door-to-door delivery TATs/timelines. The route and the method by which courier partner transports shipments shall be their sole discretion.
It is not possible to entertain any request for updating the delivery address once the shipment leaves the city of origin. It is the responsibility of the consignee to enter the proper details of the address, such as postal code, street name, and other elements of a postal address, to successfully deliver the order. If a wrong address input events lead to the non-delivery of the product, Luxe Organica Private Limitedis not liable for non-delivery or lost shipment. Luxe Organica Private Limited also reserves the right to charge freight charges to the consignee wherever applicable without prior notice. Please be advised that the terms and conditions of our courier partner will apply in case of no show at house or failed delivery attempt in case no one is able to receive the ordered product at the consignee’s end.
Luxe Organica’s courier partner reserves the right to refuse delivery of consignment if proper acknowledgment, such as signature, government ID card if required, etc. is not given by the consignee.
While Luxe Organica Private Limited will endeavor to exercise its best efforts to provide expeditious delivery via courier partner the consignment in accordance with regular delivery schedules, Luxe Organica Private Limited or courier partner shall not under any circumstances be liable for delay or for consequences arising out of delay of the said consignment, regardless of the cause for delay.
Luxe Organica Private Limited or Courier partner shall not be liable for any delay, misdelivery, non-delivery or loss or damage to it caused on account of an act of God, force majeure, and or circumstances like strikes, riots, political and other disturbances, or accidental fire, accident of vehicle carrying the goods explosions or any other cause reasonably beyond the control of Luxe Organica or courier partner.
Also, Luxe Organica Private Limited reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than the usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for the canceled product(s) to your source account.
Luxe Organica Private Limited delivery partners would attempt to deliver the product twice in case of a show at the customer end.
The arbitration proceedings shall be held and conducted in Rajkot. The award of the arbitrator shall be final, compulsive, and binding upon the parties.
Subject to the provisions of the arbitration clause hereinabove, the courts in Rajkot shall have the executive jurisdiction to deal with all disputes and matters regarding performance or non-performance of obligations under or in respect of transaction covered by this consignment.
International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone provided by you at the time of order.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders from value INR 499-3,000 would incur a freight charge of INR 1,750
Orders from value INR 3,000-5,000 would incur a freight charge of INR 2,000
Orders above vale INR 5,000 would incur a freight charge of INR 3,000
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Luxe Organica Private Limited (Brand: Little Rituals) ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Luxe Organica Private Limited (Brand: Little Rituals) ships to all the major countries worldwide.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 -48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Luxe Organica Private Limited (Brand: Little Rituals) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Luxe Organica Private Limited (Brand: Little Rituals) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In case of bad packaging or leakages, please send us the photos for investigation; on a successful investigation, we will refund or reship the order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Luxeorganica Private Limited (Brand: Little Rituals) will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
